We bought our home off the plans with Mohs Developments and it turned out to be an experience we genuinely enjoyed. Being able to personalise the finishes made the place feel like ours right from the start and the team were great at guiding us through the choices. We also put a lot of thought into the landscaping and it was awesome working with people who cared about getting every detail right.

What has stood out the most is the relationship that has continued long after the build was finished. We still keep in touch with the team and Miles has even helped out with small jobs while they were building their own place, including staining cedar and fencing. That sort of ongoing connection says a lot about the people behind the company.

We had the pleasure of purchasing our home with Mohs Developments just before the GIB stage which gave us the perfect chance to make a few personal changes and really make the house our own.
